Do you have sizing information?

We have added a size chart to each product page in the product images to help you determine your size when ordering your desired product. Because sizing and cut will vary between fabrications and styles please use this chart as a general guide to compare the various size scales.

 

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover and PayPal.

What if an item I ordered is not available?

We make every effort to keep accurate inventory of all items listed on our website, however in rare circumstances a product may sell out, or no longer be available. If the item that you purchased is no longer available, we will notify you via e-mail, and a refund will be issued back to your original payment method for that item.

Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?

All of our products are made to order, so if you would like to cancel an order, it must be done within the first hour of the order being placed. Once production has begun on your order, no cancellation requests will be approved. Because each item is made to order, we also cannot accept returns or exchanges, except for those with production quality issues supported by documented photos displaying the issue. If this situation applies, you may contact customer support with the relevant information and supporting evidence, where it will then be reviewed.

How can I personalize an item?

If you would like to personalize items to your specifications, or would like a custom logo or design on the item, please visit our 'Custom Apparel' page which can be found in the menu options. This page will direct you accordingly!

 

How do I contact customer support?

You may contact customer support by clicking the chat box shown at the bottom right corner of the webpage or by submitting a form on our "Contact Us" page.  After filling out the form with the required information, a customer service representative will contact you as soon as possible by either replying in the chat box, or by the email that was submitted if the chat is no longer in session.
